Processing Your Order
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Fulfillment Time: We aim to fulfill and ship your order within 5-6 business days after processing. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping destination. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Order Tracking: You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided in the Shipment Confirmation email.
Shipping Address
Accuracy of Information: Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@doublesafety.in or +91 6262989860. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Shipping Restrictions
Service Areas: We currently ship to addresses within India only.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Double Safety is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Double Safety is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: Customers can return a product up to 10 days after the delivery of the product. If you want a replacement or refund, you need to make a video of the defective product and email it to us at contact@doublesafety.in. Once we review the video, we will accept your request if the product is found to be defective.
